The FutureManagementGroup AG, founded in 1991, is an internationally operating expert group specialized in future management and the early recognition of future markets.

The FMG supports management teams in seeing, understanding and benefiting more from future markets than their competitors. The FMG assists in the early recognition of threats and opportunities, the development and implementation of future strategy and the improvement of employees’ future competence.

Conception:

Part of the conception has been the revision of structure and contents, to adjust the website to the new requests. A detailed design evaluation on various website examples was also part of this first step.

In workshops a detailed function draft was developed. This Wireframe was the basis to the following design phase. All elements and their future functions were set in advance. Choosing TYPO3 as backend solution, to provide the requested functions and allow further extensions.

Design:

A rough "Look and Feel" design has been developed on base of the design evaluation simultaneously. The actual design phase was thus optimized to only a few correction runs.

Animations:

The Website contains several flash animations, with an own Look and Feel. The animations, showing the functioning and structure of the company itself have been programmed in flash and can be edited via xml by the client in a convenient way. The main animation is changing recording to the html content.

Typo3 Development:

The development of the website is based on TYPO3 as backend technology. One focus was on the individual adjustments of the backend, making the editorial work easier by the use of special content modules as special building blocks. The sophisticated backend structure enables the use of a consistent corporate design.

Further characteristics and features are: a newsletter editable via TYPO3 and continuative search engine optimizing.
