Our core business is technically demanding websites and applications. Especially content extensive and not self-explanatory topics are in our area of specialization.

Besides target group appropriate, first-class design and flawless development our focus is on the conception with special regards to content.

We do not offer standard solutions, but are always looking for a way to place our clients products according to their needs.

Strategic consulting is an elemental part of our company philosophy. Would you like to publicize the launch of the corporate website with an online media campaign? Or do you want us to integrate an interactive application with intuitive user interface (e.g. contactless navigation) in an existing exhibition concept? Wherever possible, we will contribute new ideas.

Integrated part of our service is a transparent, traceable project management keeping the client informed about the project status and the next steps at all times.

Vita

Norbert Gilles finished his studies at the “University of Applied Science” in Wiesbaden with his diploma in communication design in 2004.

After his diploma he worked as a freelancer and flash developer for several companies for example Scholz&Volkmer, Sascha Koeth Motion Design and various other clients.

In 2005 Norbert Gilles started working for the design agency "Lekkerwerken" in Wiesbaden. Lekkerwerken focuses especially on high quality design and is well known for their love for details.

In May 2006 he moved to Hannover to work for “Visionate interactive” (called "Macina interactive" at that time) as Concept- and Creative Director. Whithin two years the main focus of his work shifted to Project- and Key-Account-Management. As most of the clients were situated in Dubai, continuous visits on site were an integral part of his work.

The working-experience Norbert could gain in this booming but difficult market came to be a valuable basis for the handling of complex long-term projects.

Since 2008 he is managing director of fjor, interactive + consulting.

After her successful apprenticeship for "Caspari", an advertising agency in Hanover, Milena Wondratschek stayed in the agency for 6 additional months as graphic designer.

In 2000 she continued her studies at the "Hamburg Academy for Communication-Design and Art-Direction". Milena finished in 2004 with awarded diploma and a Letter of Recommendation issued by Ingo Mojen, the principal of the academy.

After various projects as freelancer and her own company “Chameleon-Design” she started working for “Visionate interactive” (called "Macina interactive" at that time) in Hanover.

During the 4 years Milena worked for Visionate, she was promoted project director including being head of the graphics and editorial department. In this position she was in charge of resource management, project management, as well as handling and support of long term clients. The main focus concerning project-orientated work was the conception and handling of content extensive applications as well as cross-project quality management.

Since 2008 she is managing director of fjor, interactive + consulting.

Fjor, interactive + consulting was established in June 2008 by Norbert Gilles and Milena Wondratschek.

Our extensive experience which we gathered as art director, creative director, key-account manager and project director in larger companies over many years qualified us to realize complete solutions in almost all areas of digital brand communication. This not only applies on the internet, but for every occasion where people meet – at exhibitions or showrooms.
